School Admissions
At Holy Family we place great value on the voice of our children. As part of this we have a school council which consists of one or two elected members from from all year groups, from Reception to Year 6. The School Council meet once a week in order to discuss important issues that have arisen throughout the school life of the children. The members are chosen through a voting system at the start of the academic year.
Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Trust

In geographical terms, the Trust extends across Preston and rural Preston and all are within the local authority area of Lancashire. We currently have 287 staff and educate over 2,200 children and young people in our care. Our head office is located in Fulwood, Preston.

Our Curriculum
At Holy Family School the dedicated staff believe that every minute counts and we aim to offer a relevant and creative curriculum where all pupils are engaged and excited to learn and have fun! We want the pupils to enjoy being children whilst also preparing them for the future – encouraging them to grow in faith in Jesus Christ as well as being resourceful and resilient.
We use the National Curriculum objectives and ensure the acquisition of knowledge through all subjects and progression of skills.
