Girls' Football Event at Uclan
Holy Family Girls' Football Team:
Myla, Zuzanna, Lena, Oliwia, Sky, Candice, Nourhan
On Thursday 3rd March, Holy Family Girls' Football Team took part in an event at Uclan where they played against 3 different schools. It was a fantastic event ; the girls played superbly and did us proud.

Holy Family VS St Lawrence 3 -1
During the first match, we made some great passes. Sky defended the ball well and Nour made some good passes. Oliwia and Lena made good attacks and tackled well. Myla and Zuzanna shared time in the net and Zuzanna made a good save towards the end of the match. Unfortunately we conceeded a goal in this match, but following a great team talk at the end, we were on a roll in the next two games.
During the second match, Lena scored a goal and Sky assisted it. Everyone made good passes and attacks. Myla saved 2 shots in that match and she was a really supportive captain and never gave up.
During the third match, Sky was fowled but then scored an amazing free kick. Next, Olivia assisted Lena and she scored. After that goal, Olivia scored but the goalkeeper slipped and got injured.
Overall, we were really proud of our performance.
