Last week, Year 3 investigated, 'What happens to celery when it is left in a glass of coloured water?'
The children enjoyed predicting, observing and collecting their results over the week. However, we did have one set back, where the celery did not absorb the red dye so we decided to use a darker colour....and it worked!
The children were fascinated by the discovery so we've decided to continue the investigation to see what happens next?!
