The theme for Refugee Week 2022 was 'Healing'. The intention was to explore the ongoing process of recovering from a painful experience or situations where we are restored to health and continue to live and grow. The process of healing is especially important to refugee families who have had to leave their homes due to conflict.
Our Year 6 pupil Alessia De Molfetta-Page was chosen as a competition winner for the poster she designed entitled 'Help Heal Refugees'.
As a school of Sanctuary, and Catholic Primary School, Holy Family believe in caring for others and doing whatever we can to help heal those in need both in our local community and the wider world.
