Some of our Y5/6 Football Club children played their first matches yesterday at UCLAN Sports Arena. They played against Holme Slack and Ashton Primary Schools. This was the first time the children had played together as a team.
Harry, Y6 said " I enjoyed the games. I think we played well for our first two matches"
Marli, Y5 said " I think our keeper, Anthony, did very well. He did some good saves."
Sam, Y5 said "I enjoyed the game and I am looking forward to playing more games in the future"
Mrs Wilson, Football Assistant said, 'I think the children showed great sportsmanship. I look forward to watching them develop throughout the season. They've got great potential"
