Year 6 held their CAFOD 'Stations of the Cross' worship outside in the beautiful sunshine today. They followed the journey of Jesus from the time he was condemned to death up to when he was placed into the tomb. The service included a reading and a response for each station as well as a prayer. The children were very respectful and spent time in quiet contemplation and reflection as they shared this special Holy Week faith journey. The children also admired the beautiful pieces of natural artwork created by different classes to depict different stages of Jesus's journey. Special thanks go to Hannah and Maya for their excellent artwork depicting the tomb, created using natural resources.
