Over the last few weeks our learning has been based around Traditional Tales.
The children have been listening to stories, acting them out in our role play area, using puppets to retell and even making up and writing their own stories.
We have looked at the different characters in the stories and have talked about which characters we would like to be and why.
On Friday we will take turns to act out our stories in our Helicopter Stories session. In this session the whole class sit around a 'stage' whilst an adult tells a story written by one of the class. The author acts it out and choose others to take the part of different characters. We look forward to sharing some videos in the coming weeks.
