Year 6 entered a creative writing competition run by Fulwood Academy. The children were given a photograph as a stimulus and were asked to write a 200 word spooky story, using lots of descriptive language. We are pleased to announce that one of our pupils, Olivia Somy, received a runner up prize for her story entitled 'The Ancient, Abandoned, Ruins'.
All of our children enjoyed writing stories for this competition and were presented with certificates.
